We're Truly in Need of A Part-Time Assistant

Our growing team at Truly Social Inc needs an administrative assistant who can help get us organized. This includes cleaning up our digital lives, making sure our plant babies are watered, getting us on track with our accounting (we have an accountant... but need someone in office to keep track of our business receipts and invoices.), help us organize team outings, book our travel, and get us whipped into shape.
Sound like a blast? We hope so!
- 1-3 years experienced or certified in business administration
- An expert in Excel, Dropbox, Database Management tools (we use Highrise - it's pretty easy to learn if you know web tools)
- Pretty good with accounting tools (we use online services like Receipt Bank + Xero)
- Comfortable interacting with clients in person and through email
- A self-starter
- Super organized
- A fantastic problem-solver
- Great at picking up tipos (see what we did there?)
- Someone who thrives in a creative environment
- Willing to work a flexible schedule (in-office)
- Bilingual in French written and spoken. (not a deal breaker, but would be a total asset to our team)
The role also includes preparing travel arrangements, moving and organizing files from different cloud services into one, and proofing documents before they go out to clients. Therefore, a professional and meticulous candidate will be preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience.
