ROLE: SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR/VIDEO EDITOR

Are you a super creative, post-production savvy video creator? Do you spend too much time on social media, but totally don't think it's an issue? Are you:

A video editing wiz?
A great storyteller?
A problem-solver who loves a great challenge? 

Obsessed with social media in all it's shapes and forms?
Generally flawless in your execution, paying attention to every detail?
Endlessly curious and hungry for learning?

Then this job may be for you!

We’re looking for a bit of a hybrid type: someone with a solid understanding of video editing (with some motion graphics? That would be awesome!) as well as great writing, photography and social media skills. We’re eagerly seeking out an adaptable creative who can quickly become a core member of our team.

[NOTE: MUST BE TORONTO BASED - NO OUT OF COUNTRY APPLICANTS CONSIDERED]

Your job will be to...

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of Video Editing experience

  • Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Most importantly After Effects, Premiere and Photoshop)

  • Some digital illustration and graphic skills

  • A keen eye for details and disdain for spelling mistakes

  • Great problem-solving skills

  • An ability to create new video styles or adapt to existing ones

  • Basic audio editing skills (preferably in Audition)

  • Filming experience is an asset

  • Character animation experience is an asset
